Are you a passionate, dedicated Early Years professional looking to join a warm, supportive and forward-thinking nursery team? Our baby room is expanding and we are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and nurturing setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about providing high-quality care and education and making a real difference in children's early development.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
  • Support children's learning through play and meaningful interactions
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Observe, assess and plan for individual children's development
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
  • Contribute positively to our team ethos and nursery environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is willing to work towards a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has a strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Is warm, caring and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
