This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 p.a. + bonus Fixed term contract for 6 months.

About the role

You will take the lead on the Marketing team’s key responsibility for publications, promotional campaigns and events, including:

  • Brochures/magazine: day to day project co-ordination including timelines and scheduling, liaising with designers, and print and mail management in all territories. You’ll work closely with our UK Trade and International teams to create publications that work for all markets.
  • Direct mail: briefing all direct mail, working with designers, print and mail management. Recommend and implement test & learn initiatives to increase bookings.
  • In person and digital events: assist with the day-to-day event management including working with event and stand companies, logistics, partners, and marketing. Including onsite management for UK events (Destinations, Polar events, and more).
  • Promotional campaigns: co-ordinate global and UK promotional campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing, business intelligence and sales teams.
  • Trade: partner with our trade team to ensure they have on-brand assets for all campaigns and trade advertising.

Qualifications

We are looking for your application to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing the process of print production from design through to deployment, particularly for large formats such as brochures.
  • An ability to think strategically and plan activity based on insight.
  • Proactive about implementing new processes to improve performance.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to analyse results from activities and draw key conclusions.
  • Experience of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Good creative eye and a passion for producing beautiful, inspiring and commercially effective on-brand artwork.
  • Confident in establishing relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Experience of proof-reading and copy editing.
