The role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire, with two days per week in the office and a 30‑hour part‑time schedule.

About The Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will embody Explore’s value of being \"Better Than Yesterday\" and guard that ethos across all people initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leadership, the shared services team and global counterparts to deliver an engaging employee experience.

  • Typical Working Week – Responsibilities
  • Partner with, coach and support the Managing Director and senior management team to implement the Explore People Plan and deliver objectives.

You’ll also work closely with this team to plan resourcing and recruitment activity.

  • Own and develop the colleague brand immersion project, focusing on the employee value proposition and ensuring every touchpoint from recruitment to exit reflects Explore’s ethos.
  • Represent Explore’s interests within the group during a period of transition, supporting change management processes and group initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services L&D Manager on projects that keep development a priority for the Explore team.
  • Lead Global HR for the Australia and North America teams, working with Regional Directors to ensure compliance and colleague experience, liaising with the shared services HR team for delivery.
  • Support the Sustainability Lead to integrate B Corp principles across the organisation and engage with the wider B Corp community.
  • Own and support the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team, gathering data and driving progress.
  • Chair our Culture Champs, acting as a two‑way line of communication between management and staff, and conduct regular culture pulse checks.
  • Serve as an approachable face for the team, nipping issues in the bud, and present slides at monthly update meetings celebrating achievements.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Solid background in generalist HR and current knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience in a hybrid/remote environment with distributed teams, including overseas colleagues.
  • Ability to present to large groups, manage stakeholders, influence, and handle difficult conversations.
  • Experience with global HR, particularly in Australia or North America, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and people‑focused solutions.
