We’re looking for a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres. You’ll take full ownership of service delivery, new member acquisition, team culture and your centre’s growth. You’ll build a high-performing environment where children thrive, families trust us, and your team loves coming to work. The Role
- You’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:
- Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
- Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
- Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors
- Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
- Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
- Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
- Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
A Day in the Life
- You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.
- You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning.
- You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps.
- You’ll build your centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation.
- You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported.

Logistics
- Location: You will be based at our Explore Learning Bournemouth centre full-time.
- Starting salary: £31,250 - £33,750 PA salary depending on experience.
- Contract: Full-time, permanent contract.
- Working Hours: a typical week*: Tuesday 11am-8pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm. *working hours may vary from centre to centre.
