As part of a dynamic, remote-first team, you’ll work under the guidance of a Community Lead to deliver engaging trial sessions, convert interest into action, and help families begin their journey with Explore Learning Online. You’ll collaborate with your Community Managers and Tutor Coordinators to create a seamless member experience, helping to grow your community and deliver on key sales metrics.
The Role- Sales & Growth
- Proactively grow your community through high-quality new member sign-ups.
- Deliver engaging, consultative trial sessions tailored to each family's goals.
- Take initiative in reaching out to prospective families via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Consistently work towards individual and community-wide sales and conversion targets.
- Use Power BI and internal systems to track conversion rates, show rates, and performance trends.
- Customer Experience
- Provide a warm, informative, and responsive experience from first contact to sign up.
- Build rapport and trust with families, understanding their goals and recommending the best path forward.
- Collaborate with Community Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every child.
- Actively reflect on feedback and insights to continuously improve the experience we offer.
- Education & Service Knowledge
- Develop strong knowledge of our service, including UK curricula, 11+, and GCSE pathways.
- Confidently represent our educational values and demonstrate credibility during trials.
- Tailor your delivery to align with tutor expectations and learner outcomes.
- Performance & Development
- Embrace feedback through 1:1s, coaching sessions, and team reflections led by your Community Lead.
- Reflect on personal strengths and development areas, contributing positively to team culture.
- Collaborate with Community Managers and Tutor Coordinators to share insights, support one another, and innovate together.
- Manage your time and responsibilities effectively, particularly during high-demand periods (e.g. 3–8pm peak hours).

- Starting salary: £27,000 PA
- Contract pattern: We have multiple roles, including both full-time and part-time options
- Contract length: January and February
- Working Hours (Typical Week)
- Tuesday: 11 am - 8 pm
- Wednesday: 11 am - 8 pm
- Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm
- Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
