We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of tutors and grow the centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families. Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership. Responsibilities

  • Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
  • Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
  • Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long‑term progress
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Leading, coaching and developing the tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
  • Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and well‑being of every child in your care

A Day in the Life

  • You’ll role‑model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting members to achieve real progress in maths and English while unlocking a love of learning
  • You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps
  • You’ll build the centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation
  • You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported

Location

You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in Leicester full‑time.

Starting Salary £27,000 per year. (London area centres receive an additional uplift of £1,000 to £3,500 due to London weighting.)

Contract Full‑time, permanent contract.

Working Hours Typical week: Tuesday 11 am‑8 pm, Wednesday 11 am‑8 pm, Thursday 11 am‑7 pm, Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 9 am‑5 pm. Hours may vary from centre to centre.
