Education Centre Supervisor – Explore Learning
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom
Starting salary: £27,000 per annum. London area weighting £1,000–£3,500 annually.
Contract: Full‑time, permanent.
What you’ll do
Support the Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors, unlocking their potential.
Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding members and ensure the centre complies with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
Help grow membership and increase profitability—working with the Centre Manager to improve local reputation and lead sales and marketing events.
Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations, ensuring members progress and receive exceptional service.

Working Hours
Tuesday – 11am – 8pm
Wednesday – 11am – 8pm
Thursday – 11am – 7pm
Friday – 9am – 6pm
Saturday – 9am – 5pm

Additional Perks
