The Role

You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events

• Maximisingprofitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency

• Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress

• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

• Leading, coaching and developing yourTutor team to deliver outstandinglearning experiences formembers

• Championing safeguardingbyprioritising the safety and wellbeingofevery child in your care

Logistics

Location: You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in High Wycombe full-time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
