Make your mark as an Education Centre Supervisor. We’re looking for an action‑oriented individual who embraces new challenges and has the confidence to support and energise their team. As a supervisor, you will help run a thriving tuition centre, support your Centre Manager, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture with clear processes to build a strong foundation for success.
Location You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in High Wycombe (full‑time).
Responsibilities
- Support your Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their roles and unlock their individual potential.
- Adopt a proactive approach to safeguarding members in your care and empower your team to do the same; ensure the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Support centre growth by increasing membership and profitability. Work with your Centre Manager to improve the centre’s local reputation by engaging with key community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events to attract new members.
- Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations—from prospect to member—ensuring progress and delivering exceptional service.

Location, Salary & Contract
Location: Explore Learning centre in High Wycombe (full‑time).
Starting salary: ÂŁ28,000 PA
Contract: Full‑time, permanent
Working Hours: a typical week
Tuesday: 11am – 8pm
Wednesday: 11am – 8pm
Thursday: 11am – 7pm
Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
