Make your mark as an Education Centre Manager. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive their team forward. As a leader, at the helm of all centre operations, you will take ownership of executing a clear strategy for centre growth, creating a high performance team culture and regulating processes to set a strong foundation for growth.
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of KPIs and performance measures to diagnose what your centre needs to continuously improve. Form a clear plan to achieve both short-term and long-term performance goals and gain the buy-in of your team to execute this effectively.
- Inspire and motivate a full-time Education Centre Supervisor and team of tutors to succeed in their roles and unlock their individual potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empower your team to do the same. Ensure the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Diagnose opportunities to grow centre membership and increase profitability. Engage with key community stakeholders and lead sales and marketing events to attract new members.
- Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations from prospect to member, ensuring progress and delivering exceptional service.

Location
You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in Woking, full-time.
Starting salary
Β£32,250 β Β£34,750 PA depending on experience.
Contract
Full-time, permanent contract
Working Hours
Tuesday 11am β 8pm; Wednesday 11am β 8pm; Thursday 11am β 7pm; Friday 9am β 6pm; Saturday 9am β 5pm.
