We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.

Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership.

You’llimpact all aspects of centre performance, including

  • Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
  • Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
  • Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
  • Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care

Location You will be based at one of our Explore Learning centres in the Swindon/Bristol/Cheltenham/Gloucester area full-time.You will be able to provide your location preferences in your application.

Starting salary £27,000 PA

  • Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.
