Make your mark as an Education Centre Supervisor! We’re looking for an action‑orientated individual who embraces new challenges and brings the confidence to support and energise their team. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting your Centre Manager to help to run a thriving tuition centre. You will contribute to a high‑performance team culture, ensuring processes are followed to maintain a strong foundation for success.
What you’ll do:
- Support your Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empowering your team to do the same.
- Ensure that the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Support the growth of your centre’s membership and increase profitability.
- Work alongside your Centre Manager to improve the centre’s local reputation by engaging with key community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events to attract new members.
- Tailor customer journeys with tailored educational recommendations – from prospect to members – ensuring they are making great progress, and you are delivering exceptional service.

Location: You will be based at our Explore Learning centre full‑time. Starting salary £27,000 PA. Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1,000 and £3,500 due to London weighting.
Contract: Full‑time, permanent contract.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday: 11am - 8pm
- Wednesday: 11am - 8pm
- Thursday: 11am - 7pm
- Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 5pm
