Explore Learning is seeking tutors to coach and mentor learners on-site at our Colchester centre.
You will deliver tailored sessions to groups of up to six children, guiding learning with our Compass tool and fostering a supportive, stimulating classroom.
You will support 4–16 year-olds across the national curriculum, including 11+ and GCSE content, build lasting relationships and help learners progress with care and consistency.
