Responsibilities

  • Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results.
  • Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors.
  • Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability.
  • Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance.
  • Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events.
  • Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress.
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day in the Life

  • Role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning.
  • Monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps.
  • Build the centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation.
  • Host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, ensuring every family feels welcome and supported.

  • Working hours: Typical week – Tuesday 11am-8pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm (varies by centre).
