The Role
Our tutors act as coaches and mentors, not just instructors, supporting each learner’s progress with care and purpose.

Logistics
Location: This is an on-site role and you will be based at our Crayford centre.
Contract: This is a permanent, part time role. You will be contracted to work a minimum of 6 hours a week over at least 2 different weekdays. Our available shift start times are:
3:30-4pm Tuesday
3:30-4pm Wednesday
3:30-4pm Thursday
3:30-4pm Friday
Morning/afternoon Saturday
Please note:This is not a summer-only role; we are seeking dedicated tutors to support our members throughout the next academic year and beyond.
Pay Rates & Progression:
Earn more as you progress!You will start on the base rate for your age group, with an annual opportunity to increase your pay based on the number of hours you have tutored for us.
BaseHourly Rate:Under 18: £8:40
18-20: £10.90
21+: £12.75
*anadditional50p per hour will be added if working at a centre inside the M25. You will be paid for all training and inductions.
Requirements:You must be age 16 or over and have the right to work in the UK. You must have achieved a grade 6 or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE level orequivalent (we accept predicted GCSE grades if you will be receiving your results within the next 3 months).
