While our award-winning platform takes us far, it’s our tutors who truly bring learning to life by building confidence, inspiring curiosity, and delivering the meaningful learning experiences that make a lasting difference.
As we continue to grow, new tutoring opportunities come up regularly, so we’re welcoming applications from anyone who is looking to get started with us in the next few months. You’ll complete the recruitment process straight away so that if you’re successful, you’ll be on our talent pool ready for when a role opens up.

- Driving academic progress: Support members as they work through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones and successes along the way.
You’ll thrive as an Explore Learning tutor if you:
- Are confident leading sessions with small groups (1:6), inspiring children to engage in their learning, using positive behaviour management strategies, and consistently prioritising their safety and wellbeing.
- Feel comfortable supporting children aged 4–16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ entrance exams and GCSE content.
- Are committed to building meaningful, long‑term relationships, providing the consistency and stability that helps children thrive.
