We’re looking for a craft-led Visual & UI Designer to raise the aesthetic ceiling of a mature B2B product. You’ll join a team with strong UX foundations already in place. Your focus will be owning high-fidelity execution, elevating UI quality, and bringing cohesion across product and brand touchpoints. This is less about discovery and more about taste, polish, and execution excellence. As the product evolves toward more AI-assisted and agentic workflows, you’ll ensure experiences feel calm, premium, and highly controllable — designing elegant interaction states around automation and conversational layers.
What You’ll Do
- Translate robust UX into refined, production-ready UI
- Elevate visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and layout in dense, data-heavy contexts
- Extend and refine an existing design system (components, variants, tokens, motion)
- Ensure a cohesive visual language across product and key brand materials
- Use AI tools to accelerate iteration while applying strong creative judgment
