Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Programme Manager with strong experience in banking, microservices architecture, and complex technology migrations. You’ll lead strategic, high-value initiatives, manage large budgets, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements:
- Financial services/banking experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and middleware migrations.
- Proven track record in managing complex migrations – sleeves-up and delivery focused.
- Experience with multi-£M budgets, delivery estimation, and executive reporting.
- Comfortable operating at CXO, architecture, and engineering levels.
- Background in consulting or SI delivery with solid SOW/commercial management.
- Strong leadership of cross-functional teams (~30 people).
- Programme recovery experience is a must.
