We're partnering with a fast-growing, global platform business to find a product leader to take ownership of their customer-facing product suite. This is a senior, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Chief Product & Technology Officer, with the autonomy to shape strategy and drive real commercial impact.

About the role

You'll lead 2–3 cross-functional product squads, taking end-to-end responsibility for your product area, from early discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration. This is a role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and hands‑on level, setting direction while staying close enough to the detail to unblock delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Shape and evolve the long‑term product vision and strategy, aligned to wider business goals
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: research, discovery, delivery, launch and optimisation
  • Partner with UX and research teams to ground every decision in genuine customer insight
  • Run Agile delivery, prioritising the backlog and shaping clear specs and user stories
  • Champion strong design and UX practice in partnership with your design team
  • Lead, motivate and develop a cross‑functional team, including mentoring junior PMs
  • Represent your product area to senior stakeholders and key accounts
  • Define and track the metrics that matter, using data to guide continuous improvement
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, keeping feedback loops tight and actionable

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years' experience for Senior / 10+ years for Principal, owning full‑lifecycle product management within a tech or platform business
  • A strong track record building customer‑facing products (B2B or B2C), SaaS, fintech, e‑commerce or similar sectors all relevant
  • Proven experience setting product strategy and defining/measuring KPIs or OKRs
  • Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices
  • Comfortable working closely with design teams on UX and product experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
  • Confident using analytics, A/B testing and user feedback tools to inform decisions
  • A genuine curiosity for product craft and a drive to keep learning

Why apply

  • Ownership of a critical, high‑visibility product area with real autonomy
  • A central seat in a business going through genuine digital transformation
  • A collaborative, fast‑moving culture with a strong customer focus
  • The chance to help build the next generation of products for a large, global user base
