Job Title: Scrum Master (SC Cleared)
Salary: £80,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Clearance Required: SC Clearance (must be active)
Location: Remote (with occasional office visits, one day per month)

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant-leader to one or more Agile teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team’s goals align with project objectives.
- Track team progress and ensure delivery timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile best practices to teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product owners.
- Must hold active SC Clearance due to the sensitivity of the project.
