We're hiring: Ruby on Rails Engineer (Full Stack) | London (Hybrid)
Looking for a strong Rails engineer to help build and scale our web applications and backend services. Full-stack role, real ownership, working across APIs, databases, and front-end integration.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' commercial Ruby on Rails experience
- Hands-on with AI engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in a team setting
- Solid CI/CD and modern dev workflow experience
- Database chops, ideally MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Strong communicator, comfortable in a remote/distributed team
Bonus points if you've worked with health assessments or medical testing, but not essential.
