I’m working with a top-tier consultancy delivering a multi-£million transformation in the banking sector. We’re looking for a Senior Programme Delivery Lead to take charge of a complex microservices migration, lead a team of 30, and drive delivery forward in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
Must-haves:
- Strong background in banking/FS
- Proven track record in complex, hands-on migrations
- Consulting/SI experience with SOWs & commercial pressure
- Skilled in delivery estimation and budget ownership (multi-million pound)
- Leadership of teams ~30 people, sleeves-up mentality
- Programme recovery experience is a nice bonus!
Salary: Up to £140,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Flexible UK with London travel as needed
