Principal Product Manager - £100k + Benefits – Hybrid – B2B & B2C Products – Marketplace / Trading

Are you an experienced Senior Product Manager looking for an exciting change? Then this is an option to consider! Explore Group has been fortunate enough to partner with a global marketplace brand who have put their customers at the forefront to allow them to continue delivering a world‑renowned suite of services which ultimately connects merchants, individuals & investors seamlessly when it comes to providing trading solutions.

The Role:

The company is at a turning point where innovation is KEY. With this, I am now supporting the business with the recruitment of a Senior/Principal Product Manager. You will play an integral role, if successful, in the build of a number of products across B2C & B2B channels.

Requirements / responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in tech product management.
  • Track record of delivering customer facing solutions – B2B and/or B2C.
  • Must have experience working in SaaS, Marketplace, e-commerce, FinTech or similar.
  • Well‑versed E2E product abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across a number of product verticals (internal, data, external etc).
  • Able to drive product strategy / roadmap, work cohesively in cross‑functional engineering teams, influence decisions etc.
  • Strong understanding of agile ways of working.
