We’re hiring a Software Engineer in Test to join a growing FinTech in Belfast, building AI-powered features that are transforming how financial operations are automated and managed. You’ll work in a small, high-impact team developing systems that automate complex workflows end-to-end from document processing to compliance filing, making a real difference for thousands of users.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, and maintain automated tests for web apps and APIs
- Execute and analyse test results to identify defects and improve reliability
- Contribute to manual testing when needed
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and AI teams
- Automate performance and load testing
- Drive improvements to testing frameworks, pipelines, and CI/CD integration
What we’re looking for:
