What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll learn to own the full 360° recruitment desk, including:
  • Mastering sales, sourcing, negotiation, and closing
  • Writing high-impact job ads that actually convert
  • Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, headhunting, and outbound strategies
  • Building relationships with candidates through consultative selling
  • Presenting high-quality shortlists to Account Managers with commercial insight
  • Growing your desk — and your commission — by building a specialist market

This is a genuine business-development role where your desk becomes your personal business within the Explore brand.
