I am looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a growing subscription offering across both web and mobile. This person will play a key role in shaping and scaling the subscription engine — turning one-time users into loyal, long-term customers and driving retention, LTV, and recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do
- You will own the full subscription lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewals, upgrades, pauses, cancellations, and overall retention.
- You’ll develop and execute the subscription strategy with a strong balance between customer experience and commercial impact.
- You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, growth, CRM, operations, and support teams to deliver features that make the subscription journey seamless and engaging.
- You’ll identify friction points and lead experiments to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and LTV.
- You’ll use analytics, user insights, and market understanding to prioritise improvements and shape the roadmap.
- You’ll define, monitor, and report on key subscription metrics such as churn, retention, upgrade rate, and LTV.
- You’ll ensure all subscription operations run smoothly by collaborating with operations and customer support teams.
- You’ll contribute to the wider product roadmap, ensuring subscriptions integrate effectively with other product features and business priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in product management, ideally with ownership of subscription or recurring-revenue products.
- A proven track record of scaling subscription models and improving retention, churn, and LTV.
- A strong understanding of subscription metrics, user behaviour, and the economics of recurring revenue.
- A data-driven approach, comfortable using product analytics, experimentation, and insights to guide decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate priorities, decisions, and the “why” behind product direction.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for building products that drive repeat engagement.
