We’re looking for a Senior Visual & UI Designer to play a key role in raising the visual standard of a well-established product used by a global professional audience. This is a craft-led design role focused on visual execution, interface quality, and ensuring a cohesive and premium aesthetic across product and brand touchpoints.
You’ll join a product environment where strong UX foundations already exist, allowing you to focus on the visual layer, polishing interfaces, refining interaction states, and ensuring the final product experience feels calm, intentional, and high quality.
As a Senior Visual & UI Designer, you will focus on translating robust UX thinking into beautiful, production-ready interfaces. Your work will help shape how the platform and brand are perceived by a global audience of professional users. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the product experience feels visually cohesive, premium, and thoughtfully crafted. As the platform evolves to incorporate more AI-assisted and agentic workflows, you will also play a key role in designing interfaces that make these interactions feel trustworthy, clear, and controlled.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on design craft, taste, and execution.
- Transforming UX wireframes and interaction models into high-fidelity UI designs
- Elevating the visual quality and polish of product interfaces, particularly in data-rich environments
- Contributing to and extending an existing design system, ensuring consistency across components and patterns
- Helping maintain a cohesive visual language across product, marketing, and presentation materials
- Crafting visual surfaces that support AI-assisted or agent-driven workflows, ensuring they feel safe, clear, and intuitive
- Exploring visual concepts and accelerating iteration through AI-assisted design tools
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver refined and high-quality design outcomes
Strong experience working as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer with a focus on visual craft. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality interface design for professional or complex digital products. A UI-focused mindset, with close attention to the final quality and feel of implemented interfaces. Advanced experience using Figma, including components, variants, and design systems. A strong visual design background supported by portfolio work or formal design training. Ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams. Experience designing for data-rich, complex, or financial products is highly valued. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or modern frontend frameworks is beneficial but not essential.
High Impact: Play a key role in shaping the visual quality of products used by a global professional audience.
Clear Design Focus: Join a team with strong UX foundations, allowing you to focus on visual craft and interface excellence.
Cross-Functional Influence: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data/AI, and Marketing teams.
Design Culture: A pragmatic and quality-driven environment that values clarity, restraint, and thoughtful design.
Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office. Permanent role. Professional English proficiency required.
