  • Build and optimise the growth funnel from first touch through to qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Establish the metrics, reporting and experimentation framework for the growth function
  • Develop a repeatable growth playbook that can scale as the company grows
  • Help build the initial growth team and establish processes, tooling and ways of working
  • Stay close to the market, customers and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities

  • A highly analytical and experimentation led approach
  • Strong commercial instinct and a genuine focus on pipeline and revenue
  • Experience working closely with founders and senior leadership
  • A willingness to be highly hands on rather than purely strategic
  • Strong understanding of modern sales and marketing technology
  • Ideally, experience within

AI, Saa S, developer tooling, sales technology or another rapidly evolving technology market

  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercially curious, highly autonomous and excited by building something from an early stage .
  • £120,000 base salary + equity
  • Remote friendly anywhere in the UK / London office
  • Work directly with the founders
  • Join an
