Frontend Developer (London Area)

Frontend Developer – React / Next.js – Remote (UK or Europe-based)

We're working with a fast-growing tech company on a mission to simplify and modernise the way people interact with everyday essential services. They're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to help them build scalable, user-friendly, and beautifully designed digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining reusable, accessible, and well-tested components using React and Next.js
• Collaborating with design and product teams to evolve and implement a design system that supports consistency across products
• Working closely with backend engineers to integrate GraphQL APIs
• Delivering responsive, performant frontends that work seamlessly across devices
• Contributing to an engineering culture focused on quality, usability, and continuous improvement

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in React and Next.js in a production environment
• Hands-on experience working with design systems and creating reusable UI components
• Proficiency with GraphQL for data fetching
• Comfortable deploying and managing frontends in a cloud-based environment , ideally AWS
• Good eye for detail and passion for building intuitive, elegant UIs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD workflows and performance optimisation
• Previous experience in a startup or product-focused environment
