Are you a detail-oriented developer with a passion for automation and data processing? We’re looking for a Data & Document Automation Developer to join a growing, tech-forward team driving innovation in automated communication solutions.
You will work across dynamic projects using a blend of proprietary tech and industry tools to automate data workflows, support client delivery, and build internal systems. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and maintaining automated data pipelines using our proprietary ADPS (Automated Data Processing System).
- Supporting clients, account managers, and sales teams by querying transactional data and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
- Designing and maintaining Quadient Inspire Designer workflows and generating mail-merged outputs (letters, envelopes, postcards, etc.).
- Implementing and maintaining internal .NET applications to support business operations.
- Handling and transforming data from formats like TXT, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML.
- Integrating data processes with document composition tools, using scripting and modules for personalised outputs.
- Adding barcodes and dynamic elements to ensure mailing integrity and production efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
- ~2+ years’ experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (scripting experience essential).
- ~2+ years’ experience with T-SQL.
- ~2+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio.
- ~ Experience with SSRS, Power BI, HTML, CSS, APIs is beneficial but not required.
- ~ Proven ability to manipulate data, create mail pieces, and process for UK and international postage using tools like PAF, MPS, and Mailsort.
- ~ Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- ~ Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
