Product Lead - £100k + Benefits – Hybrid – B2B & B2C Products – Marketplace

The Role:
The company is at a turning point where innovation is KEY. With this, I am now supporting the business with the recruitment of a Product Lead. You will play an integral role, if successful, in the build of a number of products across B2C & B2B channels.
Requirements / responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in tech product management.
- Track record of delivering customer facing solutions – B2B and/or B2C.
- Must have experience working in SaaS, Marketplace, e-commerce, FinTech or similar.
- Well-versed E2E product abilities. Able to drive product strategy / roadmap, work cohesively in cross-functional engineering teams, influence decisions etc.
- An eye for product design methodologies.
- Strong understanding of agile ways of working.
