DevOps Engineer – FinTech | Belfast (Hybrid)

A fast-growing FinTech in Belfast is scaling its engineering function and looking for a DevOps Engineer to help drive infrastructure, automation, and reliability across a large-scale Azure-based platform.

You’ll work with Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, and ArgoCD to enable rapid, secure deployments across multiple product teams, ensuring systems remain fast, reliable, and secure as they scale to tens of thousands of users.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain Azure Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
• Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus / Grafana
• Drive security, automation, and cloud reliability best practicesStrong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure
• CI/CD expertise (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Scripting in Bash or Python
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security

Experience with FinOps, AI/ML infrastructure, or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Pay Range: £55,000.00-£60,000.00
