As Sales Excellence Specialist, you will have a passion for implementing processes and resources to drive sales excellence with our new luxury brand, Explora Journeys. Being passionate about travel or cruise retail sales, this role acts as a conduit for other Explora Journeys UK & ROI based teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure our Travel Partners receive seamless interactions and have all the required resources for success.

Your Impact

• Takes ownership of project management for continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Supports sales strategies with a focus on the UK & ROI markets
• Acts as a liaison within the Global Sales team
• Analyses sales intelligence, performance and analytics reporting
• Supports trade events for existing or prospective travel partners both virtual and in person
• Organises Travel Advisor educational ship visit programmes
• Completes executive reporting and manages key meeting actions
• Participates with crisis management when required

Your Journey so far

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury travel or hospitality in a customer facing or sales support role (cruise industry experience is ideal)
• Strong planning, organisational and budgeting skills
• Excellent understanding of luxury service and operations – specifically in sales distribution B2B and B2C
• Experience with contract management, reservation, sales automation, and CRM
• Excellent training and communication skills
• Thinks entrepreneurially, demonstrates initiative and accountability
• Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders and can inspire change
• Fluency in English plus additional languages
