Role Overview: As a Social Media Executive, you'll support our account managers and content team in delivering creative, high-performing social campaigns. From writing captions and editing content to coordinating influencers and managing budgets, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer & Campaign Support
    • Assist in sourcing, briefing, and coordinating influencers
    • Track influencer deliverables and manage campaign timelines
    • Maintain influencer campaign budgets and update spend trackers
    • Assist with boosting organic content to increase reach and engagement
    • Help track paid campaign budgets and performance (including Boosting Meta Ads and influencer spends)
    • Liaise with account managers to optimise spend and placements
  • Content Creation & Scheduling
    • Design static and video content using Canva and CapCut
    • Write engaging, on-brand captions tailored to each platform
    • Help plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
    • Maintain up-to-date content calendars and ensure timely posting
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Monitor social media and influencer campaign performance
    • Compile reports and share key results with internal teams
    • Use data to recommend content improvements or strategic shifts
  • Client Communication & Admin
    • Support day-to-day client updates
    • Contribute to content briefs and creative documents
    • Join team/client meetings, taking notes and following up on actions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a social media or influencer-related role
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite)
  • Confident caption writer with a great eye for content trends
  • Familiarity with social trending concepts and influencer coordination
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented – especially with budget tracking
  • Passionate about all things social, content, and digital culture
