Responsibilities

  • In line with project needs, perform the digital assignment of Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) to BOM hardware. Attach the associated design datapack and publish to the operational MES system.
  • Monitor operational process performance and undertake Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) processes to optimise working modes and improve STV accuracy.
  • Support the production team with operational build queries and escalate as required.
  • Lead the investigation and first closure of operational non-conformances.
  • Produce rework instructions / deviation plans / discrepancies based on project requirements.
  • Support Lessons Learned and PPS’s
  • Undertake small-scale continuous improvement initiatives to improve product cost, schedule or quality.
  • Support project meetings . SQCDP
  • Qualifications

  • Engineering degree, or equivalent, with proven practical Engineering & manufacturing knowledge and experience
  • Candidates without accredited qualifications will be considered depending upon experience

    Test Instrumentation
