Overview
We are seeking a talented & motivated candidate to join our clients PMTD (Process, Method, Tool & Data) team in Stevenage UK. In the role, the candidate will contribute to the industrialisation & day-to-day support of 3DX & Apriso environments for Space systems manufacturing.
You will be engaged in a wide variety of Engineering process operations and acting as the first line of production support during the manufacture and assembly of satellite components, sub assemblies and structures.

Responsibilities
- Industrialise 3DX Delmia (ME Preparation Tool) & Apriso (Manufacturing Execution Tool) support to ensure user ramp-up
- Act as focal point for key users supporting Apriso process & methods
- Ensure coordination & support 3DX topics with manufacturing engineering team
- Strengthen the existing support process
- Ensure the correct & effective communication with the business
- Act as a PMTD (Process, Method, Tool & Data) focal point supporting shopfloor & manufacturing engineering team
- Provide first-level support & level 1 issue analysis for Apriso & 3DX
- Identify & classify issue types (Bug / Standard / Custom / Infrastructure / Methodology)
- Manage incidents & requests
- Provide best-practice initiatives for Apriso & 3DX
- Support business needs on new Apriso improvements
- Provide functional support
- Deliver training to users on Apriso & 3DX
- Provide feedback on training materials for Apriso & 3DX
- Manage user access on Apriso
Qualifications
- Engineering degree, or equivalent, with proven practical Engineering & manufacturing knowledge and experience.
- Candidates without accredited qualifications will be considered depending upon experience.
Essential skills
- Aerospace / manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with 3DX Delmia (ME / Process Preparation ) & Apriso (Manufacturing Execution Tool)
- Manufacturing engineering / shopfloor support background
- Incident and request management in a support/ticketing environment
- Ability to act as a focal point between business users & technical teams
- Exerience delivering user training & managing user access
- Familiarity with best-practice / continuous-improvement initiatives
