Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with UK presence in 10 locations. We are seeking experienced skilled Electronics Engineers to work with our client, hybrid attendance at either Reading or Glasgow. In this role the successful candidate will apply their skills and experience to developing state-of-the-art solutions for some of the most technically advanced electro-optical defence and security platforms in the world.

The role covers all aspects of the product lifecycle, from requirements through specification, concept studies, design and development, integration, validation and qualification. This is an opportunity for an experienced electronics engineer to build on their existing technical skills, widen their systems understanding and develop their career.

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with broad expertise, however of particular interest would be candidates with defence or aerospace electronics experience. This role represents a great opportunity to work with a blue-chip client, contributing to the security of the UK and our allies. Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Electronics Engineer will perform, but not be limited to the following type of activities centred on the development and delivery of electronics associated with electro optical systems:
  • Undertake design of complex electronic circuit assemblies or architectures, from concept through to system integration.
