Overview

We are seeking three highly skilled Project Managers to lead the implementation of a standard solution for Order Management & Distribution (OMD). Each Project Manager will focus on a specific area: Integration, Development, and Data Migration. These roles are critical to the success of the overall programme, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all components.

Responsibilities

  • Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives.
  • RAID Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
  • Finance Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Management: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
  • An additional course or certification in Business Consulting or Project Management (waterfall, agile).
  • Additional Technical Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2.

Essential Skills

  • Project Manager – Integration:
    • Lead the development, testing, and implementation of integration requirements.
    • Ensure the strategic OMD solution is integrated with various systems using the Mulesoft Anypoint integration platform.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
  • Project Manager – Development:
    • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new components within the OMD Solution Programme.
    • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all new components.
    • Work closely with development teams to manage the lifecycle of new features and enhancements.
  • Project Manager – Data Migration:
    • Lead the development, testing, and implementation of data migration requirements.
    • Manage the transition of data from legacy platforms to the new OMD Solution landscape.
    • Coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management within IT or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management & Distribution processes.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with RAID management and financial oversight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Specific experience in Integration (Mulesoft Anypoint), Development, or Data Migration is highly desirable.

What Do I Need Before I Apply?

  • You’ll also need to be flexible to travel to client sites across the UK as required, specifically Milton Keynes.
