Experience

Potential is what excites us, so we are keen to hear from people who want to harness their experience within an organisation that will invest in their professional development from day one. This role is about more than just skills for the job – it requires a mindset, adaptability, resilience, and leadership. You should be able to contribute to sales and business development, lead consultant or client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts, and motivate, support and develop junior members of the Moorhouse team. You will also play an active role in supporting the career development of a small group of colleagues.

In addition to this, you will have:

  • Experience working with organisations in Energy Generation, Retail or Utilities Distribution, Renewables, Oil & Gas or Nuclear;
  • 6–8 years consulting experience from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or industry experience delivering transformational change;
  • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services, a strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships;
  • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
