We’re looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Learning Specialist for a 6-month rolling contract in Leeds, UK.
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Learning Management (Learning Catalog, Assignments, Digital Learning, etc.)
- Advise clients on best practices and manage configuration, testing, and integrations (OTBI, SCORM, OIC, Learning APIs).
- Support post-go-live optimization and provide continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience, with 6+ years onsite (UK/Europe preferred)
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Learning Management, Learning Journeys, and Integration
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Learning REST APIs
- Proven track record of 5–7 full-cycle implementations
Preferred
- Public sector, healthcare, or higher education experience in the UK
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, or similar LMS platforms
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and compliance standards
