We are looking for a Head of Function for Electrical /Electronics and Hardware who will manage Delivery teams and focus on the company's day-to-day activities.
They will manage the delivery aspects of projects and ensure that resources are utilised effectively.
Their role is crucial in streamlining processes, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Mid-level management key position, ensuring the optimal delivery of projects for customers while improving Expleo's performance and managing employees' growth expectations.
- Oversee daily operations for their delivery unit (multiple projects/ clients).
- Responsible for the performance and successful delivery of the full scope scope of Electrical, Electronics and Hardware Capabilities, as well as for customer satisfaction and Expleo's contractual obligations.
- Supervise a subset of operational staff, facilitating workflow, and supporting lower-level managers and technical teams development.
- Manage invoicing rate.
- Oversee the budget for operations within their scope, including reporting, forecasting, and costcontrol.
- Work closely with Resource Managers to allocate resources and supervise the recruitment plan.
- Work closely with Practice Managers to deploy the Strategic Workforce Planning and implement process improvements.
- Participate in the development of their scope.
- Participate actively in the construction of complex offers.
- With experience in a client facing role, you’ll possess excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible for day to day operations through effective execution of the annual plans in the practice/business line.

- Key stakeholders include clients, internal delivery/support function teams, function heads and external vendors.
- Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
- Provide information to senior stakeholders within and outside the organisation to support decision making related to the respective sub-function/portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- CEng Status or in capability to achieve in next 12 months
Essential skills
- In depth Knowledge in Either Electrical or Electronic Design with Supporting knowledge of alternate area
- Production of design drawings
