- Strong Python and SQL
- Advanced dbt
- ETL/ELT and data engineering
- Data modelling and end-to-end data product development
- Data testing, validation and quality
- MDM (Master Data Management) – strategy, architecture, integration and implementation
- Data architecture and governance
- DevOps, CI/CD, deployment and production go-live
- Senior technical leadership / feature team leadership
Candidates should ideally have around 10–14 years of hands-on experience and be based in or able to work from Bristol (Manchester may also be considered).
