The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
As part of our continued growth strategy for our Belfast Office we are looking for a number of Engineering Programme Managers/IPT’s to join our engineering team supporting a major aerospace client in Belfast. These are permanent roles, the salary is negotiable based on experience, seniority, etc. In addition, we offer 25 days leave, pension plan, flexible working, plus a host of additional staff benefits. Candidates will ideally have experience of working within the aerospace sector, but we will consider candidates from the wider engineering sector. You will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a great attitude who will be required to integrate & help lead a team. Candidates must have a current driver’s license as you may be required to travel to the Client's sites in Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Project management tools including Microsoft Project, develop KPIs to monitor teams’ successes and progress.
- Build presentation packages for leadership reviews.
- Manage & run daily meetings to review project key features and milestones.
- Drive multi disciplined teams to achieve program milestones.
Qualifications
- Engineering related qualifications necessary plus hands on experience in similar roles 10+ years.
- Microsoft project or similar for project planning.
- Experience in the Aerospace Engineering environment and project management.
