Overview Expleo is seeking an experienced Systems Lead / Requirements Manager to take technical ownership of complex engineering work packages within a defence and naval technology environment. This is a client-facing role, where you will represent Expleo in a professional engineering capacity, operating as a trusted technical partner. The position requires a self-managing, proactive individual who can operate independently while contributing to a broader delivery team.
