Overview We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead and grow a strategically critical nuclear business unit within Expleo’s UK operation. This role combines front‑end market leadership and business winning with full accountability for operational delivery, financial performance and team leadership. This is not a pure sales role — and not a delivery‑only leadership position. You will own the full lifecycle: shaping market strategy, winning complex work, building trusted client partnerships, and ensuring programmes are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest nuclear standards. You will operate as a senior leader within the nuclear leadership community, responsible for translating market opportunity into a scalable, high‑performing business unit with strong culture, capability depth and repeatable growth. The Role As Business Unit Director, you hold end‑to‑end accountability for a defined nuclear portfolio, including: Business growth and market positioning Winning and securing major programmes and frameworks Operational delivery performance and client outcomes Financial results (revenue, margin, cost and risk) Leadership, development and engagement of multidisciplinary teams You will work closely with executive leadership, delivery leaders, engineering authorities and commercial teams to ensure Expleo is positioned as a long‑term strategic partner across the UK nuclear landscape.
