We are currently working on an urgent contract opportunity for an SC Cleared BMC Helix Architect / Senior Engineer.
Location: Andover (2 days onsite per week)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Key requirements:
- 8+ years' experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM
- Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset and Service Request modules
- BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM) and CMDB data modelling
- REST/SOAP API integrations and Helix iPaaS
- Remedy to Helix migration experience
- AR System workflows (Filters, Escalations, Active Links)
