Expleo is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Dynamics Senior Engineer to support advanced Stability Control Systems (SCS) and Driveline development on cutting-edge vehicle platforms. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to work at the forefront of automotive innovation within a high-performing engineering environment.

Location: Warwickshire (Gaydon)

Contract: Inside IR35

End Date: 31/03/2027

Umbrella Rate: £33.88 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and calibration of Stability Control Systems (SCS), ABS and Driveline functions across vehicle programmes.
  • Support Product Owners in system development, tuning, validation and road release activities.
  • Carry out vehicle testing, calibration and validation manoeuvres across varied conditions and terrains.
  • Coordinate software integration and releases to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform fault analysis, identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Plan and support global test activities, including proving ground and overseas testing.
  • Produce technical reports, trackers and status updates to support programme delivery.

Essential:

  • Experience of automotive chassis engineering and vehicle dynamics gained in an OEM or First Tier supplier environment.
  • High levels of experience at tuning Stability Control Systems, Driveline Distribution.
