This role can be offered an a permanent or contract basis and will be based at our client's facility in Warwick.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nConduct on-road and closed-course vehicle testing.\\nExecute structured test cases in various driving environments (urban, highway, proving ground, etc.)\\nProvide real-time subjective assessments and objective feedback on functionality and system performance.\\nIdentify and document anomalies and work collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve issues.\\nMaintain strict adherence to safety protocols and testing standards.\\nDrive both manually and using semi-autonomous systems under varied and often challenging conditions.\\nSupport scenario creation, test route development, and improvement of test procedures.
\\n\\nSkills and Experience Required:\\n\\nMinimum 5 years of professional driving/test driving experience ideally in an engineering or proving ground environment.\\nValid UK driver's license with a clean driving record.\\nWillingness to work in various testing environments and weather conditions.\\nIdeally certified with advanced driving qualifications.\\nAbility to operate multiple vehicle platforms including EVs, ICEs, and hybrids. \\n\\nTo meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are able to work within the UK, unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.\\n\\nAny application will be treated in a highly confidentiality manner and all conversations will be respected.
