Expleo is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Vehicle Programme and Test Planner to support one of our leading automotive clients in Warwickshire. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning and coordination skills, looking to make a meaningful impact in vehicle development programmes.
You will be the central point of contact for Design Verification (DV) testing within the Ergonomics team, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and reporting across multiple vehicle programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate new vehicle content and changes to assess impact on Ergonomics and coordinate team responses.
- Monitor vehicle content and ensure Ergonomics requirements are accurately tracked in the central engineering test management system.
- Lead DV testing coordination, including scheduling, property availability, and system updates.
- Ensure timely completion of DV testing and reporting for the Ergonomics team.
- Maintain clear summaries of Ergonomics status and priorities across all programmes.
- Keep internal resources and team websites up to date for easy access to key information.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proven experience coordinating activities for large teams (approx. 40 people).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile planning tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with workflow management tools (e.g. IBM Rational DOORS, IBM EWM).
- Proficiency with collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Lucid).
- Experience in an automotive environment or in Ergonomics, Human Factors, or HMI roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
