We are looking for a Technical Project Manager - Specialist on a contract basis based in Gaydon. Join our dynamic Vehicle Design Programme Management team as the creative enabler, driving the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of design programmes, ensuring alignment with creative and business priorities.
  • Implement Agile methodologies and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Programme, and Engineering teams.
  • Manage risks, issues, and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate programme content and changes effectively.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in a design studio environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working and JIRA.
  • Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and change management.

Additional Information:

  • Drive and enable the Vehicle Design team to deliver the Design Vision.
  • Manage non-creative activities to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Track and report programme metrics and ensure resource alignment.
